Asst. Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote a company's lighting products and solutions encompassing market research, product positioning, branding, campaign development, and sales support, with a focus on reaching target customers within the lighting sector and driving market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs within different lighting segments (residential, commercial, industrial).
  • Product Launches and Marketing Campaigns:
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans for new product launches, including product positioning, messaging, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
  • Manage the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels like digital marketing, print media, social media, trade shows, and public relations.
  • Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing communications.
  • Manage brand reputation and public perception within the lighting industry.
  • Sales Support and Channel Management:
  • Provide marketing materials and sales enablement tools to support the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales channels (distributors, retailers) to develop co-marketing initiatives and drive sales performance.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise:
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies including website management, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop , manage and monitor the marketing budget for various campaigns and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferably with understanding of the lighting industry, including technology advancements, market trends, and key players.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey marketing strategies to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
