Asst. Digital Marketing Manager

Asst. Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote a company's lighting products and solutions encompassing market research, product positioning, branding, campaign development, and sales support, with a focus on reaching target customers within the lighting sector and driving market share growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs within different lighting segments (residential, commercial, industrial).
- Product Launches and Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans for new product launches, including product positioning, messaging, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
- Manage the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels like digital marketing, print media, social media, trade shows, and public relations.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing communications.
- Manage brand reputation and public perception within the lighting industry.
- Sales Support and Channel Management:
- Provide marketing materials and sales enablement tools to support the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales channels (distributors, retailers) to develop co-marketing initiatives and drive sales performance.
- Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies including website management, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
- Budget Management:
- Develop , manage and monitor the marketing budget for various campaigns and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferably with understanding of the lighting industry, including technology advancements, market trends, and key players.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey marketing strategies to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
