Position: Brand Manager

Location:San Juan City (Hybrid)

The Brand Manager will drive the growth and visibility of the Candid Coffee brand. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, strengthening brand identity, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. You'll work closely with operations, creative, and sales teams to elevate the Candid Coffee experience and build lasting customer connections.

What You'll Do:

-Develop and implement brand strategies that increase awareness and customer loyalty.

-Oversee marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.

-Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including packaging, social media, and in-store experience.

-Collaborate with operations and creative teams to plan promotions, events, and product launches.

-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform brand decisions.

-Track KPIs and provide regular reports on brand performance.

-Increased brand awareness and engagement across channels.

-Successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
