Job Summary:

The incumbent's primary goal is to ensure efficiency and profitability by overseeing the business systems and processes, formulating and executing strategic initiatives, nurturing client and partner relationships, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), to achieve business objectives.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue, improve customer retention, and enhance overall profitability.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through staff training, feedback systems, and consistent service quality.
  • Implement and monitor strategic plan in the salespeople management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, market research and brand strategy.
  • Provides direction and strategy for the development of new clients as well as retaining existing customers by working collaboratively with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in dealing with customers and managing staff personnel
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgement
  • Advanced interpersonal relationship skills with different levels
  • Able to maintain confidential business and personal information
  • Action and result focused
