Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Leasing Agent to support our leasing and property management operations during U.S. night hours. You will handle incoming leasing inquiries, answer high-volume phone calls, assist prospective tenants, process rental applications, manage system records, and deliver exceptional customer service.

This is a fully remote role that requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for many prospects and residents, you play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and representing our brand.

Compensation & Growth

  • Starting pay: $5–$7 USD per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities - Leasing & Lead Management

  • Respond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries via phone, text, email, chat, and rental platforms
  • Conduct virtual tours, recorded walkthroughs, or live video tours
  • Qualify prospects using rental criteria and guide them through the application process
  • Follow up consistently to convert leads into approved applications
  • Provide accurate information regarding availability, pricing, and move-in requirements
  • Assist applicants with submitting complete documentation
  • Track and document all communication within AppFolio

Customer Service & Phone Support (Night Shift)

  • Answer inbound calls from prospects, residents, vendors, and owners
  • Provide status updates on applications, maintenance, and general inquiries
  • Assist residents with portal access, payments, and troubleshooting
  • De-escalate concerns professionally and provide solutions or proper routing
  • Deliver a positive, professional, and helpful experience to every caller
  • Follow company scripts and communication standards

Marketing & Listing Support

  • Monitor rental listings to ensure accuracy and up-to-date content
  • Update pricing, descriptions, photos, and availability as needed
  • Track showing activity, inquiries, and traffic
  • Coordinate with U.S. field teams for photos, lockbox updates, and listing corrections
  • Assist with weekly leasing analytics and performance reports

Administrative & Operational Tasks

  • Prepare digital lease documents, addendums, and move-in packets
  • Schedule move-ins and coordinate next steps with approved applicants
  • Maintain organized property and tenant records in AppFolio
  • Assist with move-in checklist preparation
  • Support the leasing manager with data updates or special projects
  • Keep logs of completed tasks, calls, and daily activities

Qualifications

  • Experience in leasing, customer service, call center work, or sales preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English; clear pronunciation and strong grammar
  • Ability to work a full-time U.S. night shift (approx. 9pm–6am or 10pm–7am PH time)
  • Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with software tools, CRMs, or property management systems (AppFolio experience is a plus)
  • Reliable computer, headset, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace
