Community Leasing is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Representative to support our growing team and platform

This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a strong sales background to convert inquiries into signed leases. Candidate will be scheduling property tours, following up on leads, and will be on the phone for most / all of the day

Community Leasing is the only leasing agency focused exclusively on affordable housing in Los Angeles.

  • 5 or more years of previous experience in customer service, or sales
  • Incredibly strong English skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals effectively
  • Able to work Monday-Saturday 7:00-7:00PM PST

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and assist on all daily call activities related to the leasing process.
  • Handle leasing inquiries via phone, email, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Schedule property tours, highlighting features that meet prospective tenants' needs.
  • Follow up on leads, converting inquiries into signed leases.
  • Assist tenants with the application process, answering questions, and ensuring all documentation is submitted accurately.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current tenants, addressing concerns, resolving issues.

Qualifications

  • Able to juggle a high volume of files in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality, an eye for detail/proofing, and being proactive.
  • Real Estate and Transaction Experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: Php30,000.00 per week
