About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as an Entry Level Customer Service Representative. This full-time position is based in Baguio City, Benguet, and will involve providing exceptional customer service support to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to deliver a consistently high standard of service

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer enquiries
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software to document and track customer interactions
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a call centre or similar environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and stay calm under pressure
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  • Atleast SHS Grad + NO CCE required
