About the role

Cebu New Wave Recruitment Inc. is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team at our call centre in Dasmarinas City Cavite. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns
  2. Providing accurate information and efficient resolution of customer issues
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  5. Adhering to established call centre protocols and quality standards
  6. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  3. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  4. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferred
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  6. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
