JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for providing support in various human resources functions, which include the implementation and strengthening of Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and Systems improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Forming and maintaining employee records.
Handling the full-cycle recruitment
Onboards new employees
Managing employee attendance.
Handles employee compensation and benefit.
Handles reports and compliances to SSS, Pagibig, PHIC, and DOLE.
Supporting all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Processes employee payroll
Process performance management procedures.
Offboards resigned and/or terminated employees.
Maintains office supplies and company medicine inventory.
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
at least 2-3 years relevant experience in Human Resources, Recruitment and administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and excellent time management skills.
Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
Can start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
