Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate and conduct full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires including orientation and paperwork.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, promoting a positive workplace.
- Performance Management:
- Support managers in performance appraisal processes.
- Track and follow up on probationary and annual review cycles.
- Compliance & Recordkeeping:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Policy Administration:
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate policies to employees and ensure consistent application.
- Training & Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and support employee development initiatives.
- Track mandatory training and certifications.
- Benefits & Compensation Support:
- Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments and claims resolution.
- Support compensation reviews and benchmarking processes.
- HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics (turnover rates, time to hire, etc.) to inform decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience HR Generalist.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with a proven track record in technical or specialized role hiring.
- Familiar with full-cycle recruitment and various sourcing tools, with basic data analysis capability.
- Fluent in English, capable of cross-functional and cross-border communication.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
