About the role

Join the dynamic HR team at Central Labor Service Cooperative' as an HR Assistant. This full-time role in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office offers the opportunity to provide key administrative support across all HR functions, contributing to the success of the business. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the HR department.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, organising meetings, and maintaining employee records
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Support the HR team in the coordination and execution of HR initiatives, such as training programmes and employee engagement activities
  • Handle routine HR-related inquiries from employees, providing guidance and directing them to the appropriate resources
  • Contribute to the maintenance and updating of HR policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination on HR-related matters
  • Provide administrative support for the payroll process, including data entry and documentation

What we're looking for

  • HR administrative or generalist role, preferably in a consulting or HR services environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Familiarity with HR-related software and systems, an advantage
  • Passionate about contributing to a positive employee experience and the overall success of the organisation
