HR Generalist provides essential HR services in areas such as onboarding, employee relations, training, recruitment, payroll, and benefits management, ensuring compliance with local labor laws. This role fosters a positive employee experience and implements HR policies that support both corporate goals and employee well-being.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Support employee relations efforts, including resolving workplace issues and conducting investigations when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate compensation and deductions.
  • Support health and safety initiatives and manage workers' compensation claims as needed.
  • Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement surveys, and training programs.
  • Managing disciplinary cases such as issuance of NTE, facilitating admin hearing, investigation up to case decision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, HR Management, Business Ad or any related course
  • 2–4 years of experience in human resources or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Willing to start as soon as possible and to be assigned in Head Office, located in Pasig City.

  • Onsite work
  • Monday to Saturday
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm work schedule
