Pag-asa Steel seeks a HR Manager who will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, integrating, coordinating, and controlling activities related to the HRM function.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Law, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant prior experience
  • At least ten (10) years' experience in the human resources function as a specialist and generalist, five (5) years of which were in a managerial capacity
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the various HR functions including staffing and recruitment process, performance management, training and development process, succession planning, employee and labor relations
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, as well as health and safety protocols
  • Experience working in manufacturing and corporate office set-up preferred; prior experience in construction, real estate, and heavy industrials may also be considered
  • Strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and email software mandatory; HRIS a plus
  • Willing to be assigned to on-site at Manggahan and/or Pinagbuhatan in Pasig
