Position Summary:
The Experienced Legal Recruitment Assistant supports the full recruitment process across multiple practice groups and U.S. offices. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate recruitment data, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and building strong talent pipelines. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and able to manage multiple roles while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
What You'll Do:
- Support end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, from sourcing to offer management
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
- Coordinate interviews, candidate schedules, and communications with agencies
- Review resumes and screen candidates to match role requirements
- Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to meet hiring goals
- Maintain accurate ATS data and provide timely, data-driven updates
- Support recruitment initiatives, including employer branding and LinkedIn sourcing
- Provide market insights and help address recruitment challenges
- Manage elements of the offer process and coordinate with relevant internal teams
What You Need:
- 1+ year of recruitment or administrative experience (professional services or search firm preferred)
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with ATS tools
- Strong attention to detail and solid administrative skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Growth-oriented mindset with willingness to take on challenges
- Strong communication skills and business acumen
- Effective time management and ability to handle multiple projects
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
