Data Entry Clerk (U.S. Healthcare) – Job Description

Schedule: Remote, Full-Time (40 hours/Week), 9am-6pm, PST

Employment Type: Multi-year Contract (auto renewal)

Pay: PHP /Hour

Data Entry Clerk Position Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk (Contractor) to support our team with accurate and timely data entry. In this role, you'll enter and verify information, use Excel to organize data, and help keep operations running smoothly throughout the contract period.

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities

  • Keep our databases accurate and up-to-date by entering and maintaining information.
  • Compile, organize, and prepare source data for entry.
  • Review and verify data, making corrections where needed to ensure accuracy.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to support smooth operations.
  • Protect sensitive information by maintaining confidentiality.
  • Contribute to team goals by completing related tasks as needed.
  • Maintain professional demeanor when requesting data from multiple groups and/or individuals.

Data Entry Clerk Requirements

  • College degree in Accounting, Finance, or Data Science.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry, administration, or finance/accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, spreadsheets).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Clear communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Meet monthly target dates and timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php250.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
