Are you a detail-driven professional who excels in accuracy, organization, and fast-paced data management? We're looking for a Home-Based Data Entry Specialist to join our DCX team and support our U.S.-based client in the real estate industry. In this role, you will manage and execute timely updates across the Global Referral Network (GRN) and the eRelocation platform to ensure seamless referral activity, payment processing accuracy, and operational efficiency.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES 

  • Highly Proficient Communicator: Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.

  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Exceptional ability to organize, track, and update high-volume data with accuracy.

  • Efficient and Accurate Typist: Above-average typing and data entry skills, with a strong focus on speed and correctness.

  • Independent and Reliable: Able to work with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.

  • Process-Focused and Consistent: Comfortable following structured workflows and maintaining consistent data integrity across multiple platforms.
     

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Maintain all active referrals within the SIR Global Referral Network, status updates, notes, contract data, payment information, and closing details.

  • Process and update referral files within the eRelocation system with precision and adherence to required timelines for updates to coincide with the SIR GRN, along with contract and closing data used for accounting purposes.

  • Communicate with BFSIR advisors to obtain the necessary updates for GRN and E-Relocation entries.

  • Ensure data consistency between GRN and eRelocation platforms and escalate discrepancies promptly.
     

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.  

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator, Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant, preferably in real estate, relocation services, or a high-volume operations environment.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.  

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. 

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency with CRM or referral/tracking systems; experience with GRN or relocation software a strong plus.

    • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications

    • Strong working knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines.

    • Strong written communication skills.

    • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive tasks.

    • Team-oriented and committed to exceptional service for internal and external partners.
