Compensation:

$8 - $12 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by meticulously entering and updating information in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies, enhancing overall data quality.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Generate and distribute regular reports to support decision-making processes across departments.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Participate in team meetings to provide insights and feedback on data management practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance data entry processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in data entry or a similar role, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage and organize large volumes of data with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Strong understanding of data confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Proficiency in using data entry software and tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide insights and feedback during team meetings.
  • Ability to generate and distribute reports that support decision-making processes across departments.
