1. Employee On-boarding and Off boarding
· Ensure smooth on-boarding process for new hires, including orientation and initial training coordination.
· Manage employee off-boarding, including turnover/endorsement of duties, clearance process, and final documentation.
· Verify that all tasks, assets, documents, and responsibilities are properly turned over from the resigning employee to the designated replacement or department.
2. HR Administration and Compliance
· Maintain accurate and updated employee records, contracts, and personal files.
· Ensure compliance with all company policies, labor laws, and government regulations.
· Handle and coordinate legal issues with lawyers and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
· Ensure compliance government reports and documents on time (e.g., DOLE reports, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
3. Performance Management
· Oversee the Performance Evaluation process, ensuring timely submission and review.
· Facilitate setting and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all staff.
· Provide feedback and recommendations for employee improvement and career development.
4. Employee Relations
· Address employee concerns and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
· Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement activities.
· Conduct investigations related to workplace issues, with proper documentation and follow-through.
5. Recruitment and Selection
· Supervise the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
· Coordinate with department heads to ensure job requirements are met.
· Recommend qualified candidates for final selection.
6. Training and Development
· Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.
· Plan, schedule, and monitor training programs, including attendance and completion records.
7. Policy Implementation
· Ensure consistent application of company rules, policies, and procedures.
· Recommend updates to policies as necessary to meet legal requirements and operational needs.
8. HR Reports and Metrics
· Prepare periodic HR reports for management (headcount, turnover rate, recruitment status, training progress, etc.).
· Track and analyze HR-related metrics to support decision-making.
9. Leadership & Supervision
· Supervise HR Officers and Staff
· Set goals and monitor daily activities of the HR team to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the HR team.
