The Human Resource Manager / Supervisor oversees all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures align with company goals while fostering a productive and positive work environment.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the hiring process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts.
- Implement employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop performance evaluation systems and ensure timely appraisals.
- Identify training and development needs and implement learning programs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers.
- Ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and leave policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Update and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Handle disciplinary actions according to company guidelines.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Experience in employee engagement and change management.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
