The Human Resource Manager / Supervisor oversees all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures align with company goals while fostering a productive and positive work environment. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Oversee the hiring process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs. Employee Relations & Engagement Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts. Implement employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement. Performance Management & Training Develop performance evaluation systems and ensure timely appraisals. Identify training and development needs and implement learning programs. Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers. Compensation & Benefits Administration Ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages. Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws. Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and leave policies. Compliance & Policy Implementation Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Update and enforce company policies and procedures. Handle disciplinary actions according to company guidelines. HR Administration & Reporting Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction. Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Skills & Attributes HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Experience in employee engagement and change management.
