What does an HR Supervisor really do?Think of yourself as the primary person who will take care of the employees. You will be in charge of Employee or Labor Relations and related HR activities.
As an HR Supervisor, you will:
- Handle due process documents and proceedings such as admin hearings and related matters
- Conduct or coordinate background checks and employee eligibility verifications
- Perform routine HR programs administration including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, health and safety, and training and development
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
- Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
- Maintain compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and best practices; review policies to maintain compliance
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and talent management
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of experience (BPO experience is preferred on a generalist or supervisory level)
- Experience in leading employee engagement
- Strong background in employee engagement and labor relations
- Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team, work independently, and willingness to work night shift or rotating schedule
