Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource, or equivalent.
  • With at least one (1) year experience handling talent acquisition.

  • Willing to be assigned in Bagumbayan, Taguig City.

Responsibilities

  • Assist HR Officer in screening of applicants, endorsing shortlisted best candidates, testing administration, job offer and on-boarding of new hire.
  • Ensures all documents (pre-employment, appointment papers) are complete before on boarding of new employee.
  • Keeps and regularly updates record of internal and external training programs of employees.
  • Ensures that all employees comply with the PMS policies and procedures.
