  • Sourcing and Screening Candidates:
  • Source potential candidates through online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Prepare interview materials and ensure that interviewers have the necessary information.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates.
  • Collect feedback from interviewers and track candidate progress.
  • Onboarding Support:
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and completing paperwork.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and training programs.
  • Ensure that new hires have a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain recruitment files and databases.
  • Process invoices and track expenses related to recruitment activities.
  • Respond to inquiries from candidates and employees.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
  • Assist with audits of recruitment processes.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Promote [Company Name]'s culture and values to potential candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
