Job Title: Human Resources - Talent Acquisition / Talent Attraction
Skills: Experience with interview scheduling, candidate management, or recruitment tools is an advantage.
Experience: at least 1 year of experience in HR, recruiting coordination
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
We at JKS Tech Solutions Inc. are hiring a HR Talent Acquisition with the following skillset:
Key Responsibilities
· Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other hiring activities.
· Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
· Support offer letter preparation, background checks, and pre-boarding activities.
· Generate and share regular reports on recruitment metrics and pipeline updates.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and data privacy standards.
· Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to enable smooth hiring operations.
· Assist in process documentation, workflow improvements, and adoption of recruitment tools.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
· Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets for reporting).
· Team-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
