About the role

Join the HR team at Select Goods' as an HR Recruitment Assistant in our Taguig City, Metro Manila location. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in supporting our recruitment efforts and helping us find the best talent to join our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and coordinating the onboarding process
  2. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all recruitment activities
  3. Proactively source and reach out to candidates through various channels to build a strong pipeline
  4. Manage job postings on career sites and social media
  5. Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidates' fit and qualifications
  6. Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  7. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and support them in making hiring decisions
  8. Support HR initiatives and projects as needed

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR assistant role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders effectively
  3. Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  4. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
  5. Passionate about the HR and recruitment field, with a keen interest in supporting the growth and development of our organisation
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
