HR Recruitment Officer

JOB SUMMARY:
The incumbent will play a key role in supporting the HR recruitment function. The
ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking and deep
understanding of best recruitment practices to drive the recruitment and ensuring
smoothly and effectively process.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source for candidates and manage end to end recruitment cycle from
posting of jobs, interview scheduling, evaluating candidates, conducting
reference checks, arrange for medical check up and preparing job offers
- Conduct initial interviews, review applications, endorse candidates to
respective department managers, facilitate job offers and gather pre-
employment requirements of hired candidates.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Monitor
market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the
market
- Manage and update recruitment record and post job advertisements in
various platforms
- Participate in various recruitment activities such as collaborate with
universities
- Work closely with hiring managers for manpower requirements and update
the progress of the interview status monthly
- Administer the onboarding of new joiners, including conducting orientations
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
Experience:
- Proven experience in overall recruitment cycle
- At least 4 years relevant experience
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.

- Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
Education
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or arelated field.
- Certification in HR or Administration is a plus.
