Job Description:

As an HR Intern at IOT Philippines, Inc., you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain practical experience in various HR functions. This internship is designed to be both educational and practical, allowing you to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the 201 files.
  • Participate in the organization and coordination of employee training programs and workshops.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
  • Help in mainstreaming company processes.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Business Administration, BS Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
