About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Specialist (Client Support) to join our growing team You'll be the go-to person for client inquiries and administrative coordination — helping ensure smooth operations and excellent client experiences every day.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for client calls and emails.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and team calendars.
  • Handle documentation, reports, and client records accurately.
  • Support meetings, events, and internal coordination.
  • Collaborate with other departments to keep processes running efficiently.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years' experience in virtual admin support, executive assistant, or office administrator
  • Strong English communication and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM or ERP experience is a plus.
  • A positive, professional attitude and ability to multitask.
