Call Center Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with clients professionally, support basic administrative and procurement coordination tasks, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.
Provide product/service information and assist customers in resolving concerns or issues.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.
Support sales activities by identifying leads, scheduling follow-ups, and coordinating information with the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and follow-up details in the system.
Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing reports, documentation, and basic correspondence.
Support procurement processes such as obtaining quotations, coordinating with suppliers, and tracking purchase requests, as needed.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, call center, administration, sales support, or procurement-related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly phone manner.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; PowerPoint is a plus).
Fluency in English is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
