Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing efficient administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role involves managing office procedures, coordinating with different departments, maintaining records, and assisting in day-to-day operations to support management and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and databases.
- Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle office supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Support HR functions such as timekeeping.
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Provide general support to management and other staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
