
Back Office Administration Support

We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Back Office Administrator to support the internal operations of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage a range of administrative functions that ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company's day-to-day activities behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to finance, HR, and general administration
- Process invoices, payroll documentation, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage and update internal databases and filing systems
- Assist with the preparation of internal reports to support management decision-making
- Oversee office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and interdepartmental coordination
- Identify and resolve administrative issues promptly to prevent operational disruptions
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a back office, administrative, or operational support role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of accounting or HR processes is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High level of integrity, reliability, and discretion when handling sensitive information
