We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Back Office Administrator to support the internal operations of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage a range of administrative functions that ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company's day-to-day activities behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to finance, HR, and general administration
  • Process invoices, payroll documentation, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage and update internal databases and filing systems
  • Assist with the preparation of internal reports to support management decision-making
  • Oversee office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and interdepartmental coordination
  • Identify and resolve administrative issues promptly to prevent operational disruptions
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a back office, administrative, or operational support role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or HR processes is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and discretion when handling sensitive information
