Job Summary:

The HR Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing all human resource functions, with a strong focus on employee relations, compliance with Philippine labor laws (DOLE), and the development of HR policies and programs that support a positive and compliant work environment. This role ensures that company practices align with labor standards while promoting employee engagement and organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with the Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
  • Represent the company during DOLE inspections, hearings, or mediations when necessary.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of labor laws, wage orders, and other government issuances affecting employment.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth employee integration.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and manpower planning.

3. Performance Management

  • Design and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Support department heads in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
  • Recommend and implement performance improvement plans when needed.

4. HR Administration

  • Supervise payroll processing, timekeeping, and employee records management.
  • Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of DOLE reports and compliance requirements.

5. Policy Development & Implementation

  • Develop and update HR policies, company handbook, and code of conduct.
  • Conduct employee orientations and policy briefings.
  • Ensure consistent enforcement of policies across all departments.

6. Organizational Development

  • Initiate employee engagement programs and retention strategies.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and recommend learning programs.
  • Support management in succession planning and organizational restructuring.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE rules, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and strong leadership qualities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (preferred).

Preferred:

  • Experience in gaming, BPO, or tech industries is an advantage.
  • With certification in Labor Relations / HR Management / DOLE Training (preferred but not required).

Work Hours: 9 hours/day (including regular and special non-working holidays); 4 days off per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php85,000.00 per month
