  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using HR or office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Has a positive attitude and can work well both independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

HR Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the notification and scheduling of interview applicant.

  2. Assist in organizing company activities and events.

  3. Assist in the encoding and maintenance of the HR database accurately.

  4. Assist in handling basic concerns of employees

  5. Assist HR Manager on their responsibilities

  6. Assist in evaluating employee performance and competence at work.

  7. Be actively involved in recruitment in preparing job description, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.

Admin Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Handles inventory of the office supplies

  2. Monitoring of office equipment

  3. Monitoring of office cleanliness and maintenance.

  4. Ensures office properties are properly monitored.

  5. Encoding of supplies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
