Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-driven Human Resources Staff to join our Recruitment Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing qualified applicants, conducting initial screenings, facilitating onboarding for new hires, and assisting employees in the resignation process. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about building positive employee experiences.
Note: Training will be provided upon signing of contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening of applicants (pre-screening assessments, initial interviews etc.).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Facilitate onboarding of new hires, including orientation, document collection, and initial training coordination.
- Assist employees in the resignation process by guiding them on requirements, clearance, and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of applicants, new hires, and separated employees.
- Support the HR team in other recruitment-related initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or general HR is an advantage (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
