Role and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, managing conflict resolution, and addressing sensitive HR matters.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administering payroll, benefits, and other compensation programs.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and relevant legislation.
  • Employee Development: Coordinating training programs and supporting initiatives for employee growth and education.
  • Policy Administration: Interpreting and applying HR policies consistently across the organization.
  • HR Administration: Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the overall HR department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A four-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field is typically required.
  • trong understanding of the Philippine Labor Code and other relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) may be a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
