We're looking for a HR Payroll Officer who will be responsible of internal payroll processes and support client payroll deployments, ensuring smooth, compliant, and timely pay runs.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in Australian Payroll
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any finance-related degree
  • Strong knowledge of Xero financial management system.
  • Experience with Employment Hero is desirable.
  • Understanding of Australian financial regulations and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal payroll for employees and contractors.
  • Ensure all payroll transactions comply with Australian employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist with client payroll deployments using Xero or MYOB.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee earnings, deductions, and leave balances.
  • Coordinate with HR and accounting teams to ensure smooth data flow between systems.
