Job responsibilities:
- Drive new business development and sales growth by identifying and pursuing new enterprise clients for our HR SAAS solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their HR needs and challenges.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our HR SAAS solutions to prospective clients through compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close high-value sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the HR SAAS space.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably within the HR SAAS industry.
- Strong hunter sales mentality with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and challenges faced by enterprise clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
