Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Regional Sales Manager located in Manila. The individual will drive business growth in the region by identifying new opportunities, building robust client relationships, and leading sales conversations. Responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of Akrivia HCM solutions. Additionally, the role requires mentoring and managing a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development skills, including relationship management and client engagement
  • Strategic planning, forecasting, and goal-setting capabilities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to drive sales closures
  • Team leadership and mentoring experience to enhance team performance
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology for sales tracking and reporting
  • Experience in HR technology or SaaS products is highly advantageous
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing regional markets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel within the region as required
