We are scaling quickly and need a Recruitment Manager to oversee the candidate side of our business — ensuring that only the highest-quality talent is presented to clients.

The Role:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for identifying and generating qualified leads within your assigned target market. This is an outbound-focused role where you'll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social outreach. Your efforts will be critical in setting up meetings for the sales team to convert into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential leads (small businesses, freelancers, and individuals) who could benefit from Everyday's services.
  • Cold Calling & Email Campaigns: Initiate outreach via phone, email, and social channels to engage prospects and qualify their interest.
  • Prospect Qualification: Utilize strong questioning techniques to determine the prospect's needs and fit for Everyday's services.
  • CRM Management: Log and track all interactions with prospects and leads in the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between prospects and the sales team, providing them with relevant information to facilitate a smooth handoff.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with prospects over time, providing value and keeping them engaged until they are ready to move forward.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth transition of leads and provide insights into prospects' needs and pain points.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years in a sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales role (experience in the accounting, finance, or SaaS industries a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly
  • Proficient with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and other sales tools
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
  • Drive & Motivation: A passion for meeting targets and continuously improving sales skills

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: ₱54,964
  • Bonus: Placement-related performance bonus (aligned with company targets)
