We are scaling quickly and need a Recruitment Manager to oversee the candidate side of our business — ensuring that only the highest-quality talent is presented to clients.

The Role:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible with supporting our rapidly growing sales team with all admin functions across day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the Sales Director to ensure the sales team is fully supported on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales department on a daily basis with adhoc admin tasks.
  • Ensure relevant paperwork is processed to assist in sales transactions.
  • Handle inbound customer service queries.
  • Coordinate meetings and excellent note taking of meetings
  • Maintain accurate records for the sales department.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a virtual assistant or admin support staff (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and CRM/ATS systems.
  • Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: ₱54,964
  • Bonus: Placement-related performance bonus (aligned with company targets)
  • Clear promotional growth path into another business function will be available for the right candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php54,964.00 per month
