THE ROLE
DOCONCHAIN seeks a highly autonomous, tech-oriented Business Manager to drive new client acquisition within the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments in the Philippines. This is a high-impact "hunter" role that requires 5-10 years of proven SaaS sales experience and a track record of closing complex deals with minimal supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- New Business & Closure: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new Mid-Market/Enterprise clients for our digital signature SaaS, managing the full sales cycle to contract closure.
- Market Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies for the Philippine market. Understand the local business landscape and competitors.
- Networking: Represent DOCONCHAIN at industry events and meetings in Metro Manila to build strategic relationships and pipelines.
- Technical Value: Articulate the product's value, discussing APIs, integration, and custom solutions with C-level and technical stakeholders.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts using CRM software.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Experience: 5-10 years in B2B field sales or enterprise account roles, specifically selling SaaS/Subscription-based software.
- Industry Focus: Proven success selling complex software to Enterprise clients.
- Technical Acumen: Strong technical inclination and experience in integration and custom solutions.
- Local Expertise: Direct sales experience in the Philippines is essential, along with existing business networks in our related fields.
- Core Skills: Exceptional autonomy, agility, and strong business acumen. Expert ability to negotiate and close high-value contracts.
- Tool Proficiency: Expertise in CRM software, MS Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, and experience utilizing AI tools, data scraping/enrichment, and automation software.
