U-BIX Corporation is a pioneer and leader in the printer and document management solutions industry. The company is in a growth phase and need a hands-on, entrepreneurial sales leader who can navigate ambiguity, challenge the status quo, and build a winning team in a competitive market.
Job Overview and Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy:
Design and implement a roadmap to grow revenue and market share in the printer business. - Build & Lead the Team:
Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales force. - Drive Business Development:
Personally open doors to corporate accounts, SMEs, and institutional clients. - Hands-On Execution:
Expect to personally close deals while building the team. - Create Processes:
Establish KPIs, CRM usage, and reporting systems from scratch. - Collaborate with Leadership:
Work closely with the Chairman and other Executive Officers to align sales with business goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sales leadership, preferably with experience in hardware, technology, or B2B solutions.
- Proven ability to scale sales teams and deliver revenue growth.
- Strong business development and strategic planning skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
