IT Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused IT Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise technology platforms, including SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS), Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other business-critical tools.

This role will play a vital part in driving digital transformation, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for developing a cohesive platform roadmap, leading cross-functional systems integration, and enabling scalable IT solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Strategy, Roadmap & Delivery

• Own and drive the product development roadmap for all enterprise platforms including SAP, WMS, GWS, MS365, and other business systems.
• Develop and manage a rolling 6-month roadmap that prioritizes:
• User experience improvements
• Workflow automation and system integration (e.g., logistics, sales, finance)
• Advanced reporting and analytics (e.g., Power BI dashboards)
• Conduct scoping sessions with key stakeholders to gather requirements and align priorities.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and development partners for system design, QA, deployment, and support.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), system deployment, and training.
• Ensure metadata and reference data (e.g., branches, partners, SKUs) are updated and maintained across platforms.
• Ensure platform enhancements are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

2. Warehouse Management System (WMS) & SAP Oversight

• Serve as the primary lead in the maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of WMS and SAP platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration of WMS with other platforms (e.g., logistics, finance, inventory).
• Troubleshoot operational issues and work with stakeholders to improve warehouse system usability, automation, and performance.
• Coordinate with vendors for SAP module upgrades, customizations, and issue resolution.

3. Business Process & SOP Development

• Design, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across functions.
• Collaborate with department heads and country teams to harmonize business processesacross all markets.
• Drive a process-oriented culture focused on operational excellence, data visibility, and accountability.
• Monitor and support process adoption and ensure continuous improvement through structured feedback loops.

4. Business Analytics & Data Operations

• Build and manage dashboards and reports to track performance across financial, warehouse, logistics, and operational metrics.
• Work with teams to ensure reports are accurate, timely, and actionable.
• Maintain data integrity across platforms; resolve data quality issues proactively.
• Support data analysis requests for leadership and strategic decision-making.

5. IT Operations, Access Management & Support

• Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes:
• Provisioning of hardware and software
• Setup and management of Active Directory, GWS, MS365 accounts
• Retrieval and secure wipe of company devices during offboarding
• Manage user roles and access rights across platforms.
• Provide level-1/2 technical support and liaise with service providers for escalated issues.
• Establish and enforce IT policies around device usage, software access, and data security.

6. Implementation Support & Market Expansion

• Lead or support IT-related aspects of new market launches or service expansion, including system setup, data migration, and user training.
• Provide hypercare during go-live periods to ensure smooth rollout and operational readiness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in IT systems management, with hands-on exposure to:
• SAP (ERP modules)
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Google Workspace & Microsoft 365
• Power BI or similar analytics tools
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or related industries is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on system optimization and user adoption
• Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring business continuity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php90, Php100,000.00 per month
