About the role

Become a Sirius Sales Account Representative at AUXILIA INC' and play a key role in driving the company's sales growth. This full-time, 100% non-voice position is perfect for those with at least 1 year of BPO experience and the ability to work from home (WFH) in Liloan, Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and qualify sales opportunities
  2. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
  4. Negotiate contracts and close sales
  5. Maintain a strong pipeline of sales activities and opportunities
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the BPO industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  4. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Proficiency in using sales-related tools and technologies
