About the role

Siruis XM* Telco Sales* At Least 6 Months BPO EXP NEEDED is a full-time customer service role based in Cebu Central Visayas. As a member of the customer service team at AUXILIA INC', you'll be responsible for providing excellent support and sales assistance to our clients, helping them find the right solutions to meet their needs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  2. Providing product information and making sales recommendations to customers
  3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  4. Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. At least 6 months of prior experience in a BPO or call centre environment
  2. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to listen actively and provide tailored solutions
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. A positive, energetic and team-oriented attitude
