Curriculum Development: Design and create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources. Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various methods. Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance monitoring. One-on-One Coaching: Provide individualized guidance and support to employees.
