The Role:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving our growth by connecting with key decision-makers. Your primary mission is to reach out to HR departments and talent acquisition leaders of various companies, understand their hiring challenges, and present our powerful job advertising services as the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect, cold call, and email HR professionals to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high-impact sales presentations and demos, showcasing the value of our services.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with HR managers and directors.
  • Skillfully negotiate and close deals to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain an expert understanding of the recruitment and HR tech landscape.
  • Accurately manage your sales activity and pipeline in our CRM.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or media sales.
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
