Schedule: Monday to Friday – Dayshift
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Achievement & Revenue
- Implement plans to achieve sales targets within defined timelines
- Monitor product performance across major and minor brands
- Sustain product movement and inventory levels in trade outlets and hospital pharmacies
Territory Business Management
- Develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
- Ensure target MDs are updated in the master list
- Execute marketing programs on schedule
- Address customer concerns professionally and in line with company policies
- Coordinate with HR to minimize team vacancies
- Manage operational expenses and company assets
- Prepare and submit reports on time
- Perform other tasks aligned with business goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a District Manager in the pharmaceutical industry (oncology experience preferred)
- College graduate, preferably in Business Management or a science-related course
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
- Proficient in Microsoft tools and company systems
- Skilled in coaching and team development
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Physically and mentally fit for fieldwork and irregular hours
- High integrity and compliance with company policies
