HR and Administrative Specialist

Responsible for the issuance of employment contracts, corrective actions and memos.
Conducts recruitment and selection process.
Overseeing the employee compensation and benefits program.
Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics.
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.
Plan and implement training programs.
Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring and goals.
Maintaining employee records and paperwork.
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on boarding packages and explaining company policies.
Prepare reports and presentation for internal communications.
Assist in payroll preparation.
Qualifications:
· Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent.
· With at least 2 years' experience in Admin and HR related position.
· Candidate must possess a strong communication skill, both written and verbal.
· Has good organizational skills.
· Has knowledge on Labor Code of the Philippines and various HR functions (i.e., compensation & benefits, labor relations and conflict management).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
