Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling on company policies and procedures.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Conduct administrative hearings and prepare related documentation.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) in accordance with policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Work in tandem with Compliance Officers to ensure adherence to auditing standards.
  • Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork for tax deductions, benefits, and garnishments.
  • Analyze compensation-related data including wages and bonuses.
  • Assist the HR Manager in the daily administration of HR services including recruitment, selection, promotions, transfers, and contract administration.
  • Develop, prepare, and analyze reports pertaining to employee data and personnel information.
  • Process benefit costs such as insurance and sick leave payments.
  • Identify and interpret trends, laws, and policies that could affect organizational objectives.
  • Manage payroll and benefit payment calendars.
  • Report to management on payroll issues and changes.
  • Answer employees' questions about salaries, benefits, and taxes.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
