HR Supervisor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Human Resources department. The HR Supervisor will support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies, managing personnel functions, and ensuring smooth coordination between management and employees. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and hands-on experience in HR operations within a fast-paced environment such as FMCG, retail, or distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and records management.
- Assist in implementing HR programs and policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases professionally and fairly.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and benefits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures.
- Support performance appraisal processes and assist in staff training and development activities.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower updates, and other documentation required by management.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company standards.
- Promote employee engagement and assist in organizing HR-led events and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
- With 2–4 years of solid HR experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and HR processes.
- Experience in recruitment, timekeeping, employee relations, and performance monitoring.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information.
- Willing to work onsite and grow with the company long-term.
