HR Assistant — Pasay Site
Location: MFI Pasay Campus
Employment type: Full-time, On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday (day shift); may require extended hours during peak HR activities
Job Summary
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources Unit at the MFI Pasay Campus by assisting in day-to-day HR operations, particularly in documentation, records management, and frontline employee services. The role ensures compliance with company policies and labor standards while providing accurate and timely support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records (201 files, attendance logs, and HR databases).
- Support recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Help process new hire documentation, orientation, and onboarding requirements.
- Assist in payroll preparation by encoding attendance and leave data.
- Provide frontline service for employee inquiries (HR forms, benefits, clearances).
- Help coordinate training schedules, HR memos, and policy communication.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
- Support HR reporting, filing, and compliance tasks as required by the HR Supervisor/Manager.
Qualifications
Must-have
- Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized in handling employee records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be assigned at MFI Pasay Campus.
Preferred
- Prior internship or work experience in HR or administration.
- Familiarity with recruitment, timekeeping, or HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of labor standards or HR policies is an advantage.
Working Conditions
- Office-based at MFI Pasay Campus.
- May require extended hours during recruitment season, audits, or compliance activities.
